You don't have to do this alone.

I spent years feeling like no one understood. The shame, the embarrassment, the way you can't explain to someone why a trip to Tesco feels like a mountain. So I started a Discord server for people who get it - because they live it.

What it's for

Honest conversation

Say the thing you're too embarrassed to say out loud. No one here is going to judge you for it.

Small wins

Stood on the doorstep? Walked to the corner? Got through a GP call? That counts. People here understand why it counts.

Gentle accountability

Not someone nagging you. Just people who can remind you of your own plan when your brain is screaming at you to stay in bed.

What actually helps

Real coping strategies from people who have tested them on themselves. What worked, what didn't, what got them through the next ten minutes.

What it's not

  • It's not a replacement for professional help. If you need therapy, a GP, or medication support, please pursue that too.
  • It's not an emergency service. The server isn't monitored 24/7 and can't keep you safe in a crisis.
  • It's not a place for armchair diagnosis. I'm not a therapist. No one in there is. It's people sharing lived experience.

Safety

If you're in crisis, feeling unsafe, or at risk of harming yourself, please don't rely on the Discord. Use the services on my crisis support page - they're staffed by trained people who can actually help in an emergency.

For everything else - the hard days, the questions, the loneliness, the small victories - I'd love to see you in there.

Ready? It's free, it takes about a minute, and you don't have to say anything until you're comfortable.
